I have to deal with these pathetic idiots in order to have a Black Ops server, since Treyarch and Activision decided to grant an illegal monopoly to them for servers. Every damn night server is full and Im trying to play and LAG LAG LAG LAG LAG!!

Gameservers response is for me to move to another location. Oh? Is that your way of telling me my server box is overloaded? FFS! I hate these people!!!

Really wish NFO could host BO servers. GS would lose all their business if that were the case.

Sorry, had to rant. They really make my blood boil.

Oh, and ticket response time, if I am lucky is about half a day!

All because of overloading.

Same lag issues at GS. Left them long ago. But only have CS:S, CS:GO type servers.

vilayer is a complete joke. We had them "sponsor" us before we got to NFO, and a stock CS:S dust2 server couldn't stay above 50fps with 3 people.

We have over 10+ servers populated almost 24 hours a day running with NFO. But thank you for reminding me.

Closing this does seem to be a good idea. The important points seem to have been made already and I don't want this to become even more flame-y.

We're always working to improve our service here, including by adding new games, and I imagine (hope) that respectable competitors are doing the same.

When it comes to DayZ:SA, the developer has ignored all of our attempts to communicate about supporting their game, and we have no idea why. To us, it seems like a no-brainer to have the host of so many popular ArmAx and DayZ servers involved and give DayZ:SA customers another option for hosting that is quality-oriented.

The Rust developer has done the same thing and it is similarly baffling. Having the most popular and highest-performance Garrysmod host involved from the beginning would have been highly positive for them and made the new game more popular.

It's not too late for either of them, if anyone can convince them.
