loosing contact with VPS?

Hello NFOS.

Thank you for your forum.

I have telecom system in VPS NYC & Franfurt (as backup)

The setup is my module connects to NYC,

if NYC is out it is then in Frankfurt for now.

As follow,

the module has a domain wich has SRV record priority 1 to NYC then priority 2 in Frankfurt.

Without any reasons my module seems to like to go to Frankfurt.

There is no reasons to loose NYC, and on top of that VPS in Franfurt is a copy of NYC!

There is priority 3 elsewhere and is does not go there.

I've been told it my be something with DNS???????

DNS is Dyn, cant be them I have TTL at 60 seconds, their weight is 0.

I am loosing patience, its like magic.

When I reboot the module, it gets to normal (connected to NYC) for some hours.

This is likely something that you would need to troubleshoot with the author of the module. It sounds like it might be switching because of minor packet loss, or similar, and not be correctly programmed to switch back when the problem clears.
