ftp php not working

Greeting i bought vds and instal a few cs 1.6 servers, but problem is php ftp scripts not working , i puted folder on 755 and file and still cant download via php ftp scripts, in any other host which i tested its working only in vds in nfos my scripts not working, also i got no error in php, sorry for posting there but vds section is colsed. Pleas help me and thanks in advance!
ftp_get working but he download empty file,

Passive mod also not working and when i want multi files to download, no error nothing, just wont download anything

P.S. Firewall i get error ftp_get(): OOPS: vsf_sysutil_bind in, ill ask support

If this is an unmanaged VDS our support wouldn't be able to diagnose much. The forums are definitely the place for this. First thing I'd do is disable any firewalls running on the VDS. I'd also disable any type of anti-virus you are running.

All is disabled, still nothing, and my anti disabled.
P.S I forget to say i add script to my webhost, hosted at nfos, and when i switch my servers to nfos vds not a single fpt_get script working. And still not working. Oh i forget to answer its managed vds not unmaged

Solved i put passive before log in lol!
