Insurgency co-op help would be welcome....

Warning: I am a noob. I love to learn but my programming knowledge and server experience = 0.

I have rented a server from NFO to play Insurgency co-op maps with friends. In "Easy Setup" the starting map is district_coop checkpoint.

My mapcycle_coop.txt has the following:

district_coop checkpoint
contact_coop checkpoint
ministry_coop checkpoint
siege_coop checkpoint
market_coop checkpoint
heights_coop checkpoint
//peak_coop checkpoint

All is well as far as this goes. My gaming friends tell me that there are other maps for coop, including Revolt, Sinjtar, Burhiz, and so forth, but I haven't a clue as to how to include them.

Could someone blessed with patience possibly try to help me out? I want all the coop activity possible to make the experience as fun as possible.

Yep, there are additional coop maps!

Here is a list of all coop maps in the maps folder:

buhriz_coop
contact_coop
district_coop
heights_coop
market_coop
ministry_coop
revolt_coop
siege_coop
sinjar_coop

All you would need to do in your case is add the maps you want to your mapcycle. For example to add the maps you mentioned add this below your current maps:

revolt_coop checkpoint
sinjar_coop checkpoint
buhriz_coop checkpoint

After that you should be good to go after a server reboot!

You can see all of the available maps after connecting to FTP and entering the insurgency/maps folder.

Thank you for helping me. I did exactly what you suggested in terms of adding the additional maps just the way you suggested. I have not been able to check using FTP (I am embarrassed to say that I tried and failed to figure out how to do so, even though it looked very straight-forward), but I did start the game and I noted the new maps are available.
