Epoch Server won't bind to ports
So I have 2 servers, One on my local machine and one on my vps which is a dual core 3gb ram system, Now I have setup the server the same on both machines, except I have to port forward on my local machine. Now this is the part I can't wrap my head around I start the server on my local machine instantly shows up in dayz launcher, Now I start the server on my VPS and it starts runs just can't find it in dayz launcher. I have tested the ports and the appear to be closed. I have spoken to support team for nfo and they directed me here so now I am at a complete lose. Anyone have some advice?. No rpt errors. The server does show up ingame browser however. Something is stopping it from listening on it's required ports.
I do have steamport and steamqueryport in my cfg file.

Make sure you allow the server exe file in windows firewall.

Windows firewall is off.....
Re: Epoch Server won't bind to ports
Have you changed the default settings? Even with the firewall off, incoming connections are still blocked.
Using the "Allow a program or feature through Windows Firewall" button, you should find your game server exe and add it to the list of exceptions.

still didn't work
Re: Epoch Server won't bind to ports
Do any tools like http://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/ show the port as open?
Go into the "Network" tab of resource monitor, in the listening ports section, do you see the game server executable as well as the port is is supposed to be listening on?

Re: Epoch Server won't bind to ports
The weblink you gave me to use shows as closed and the network tab in resource monitor is showing arms2aoserver.exe in the listening ports section (Server 2012) with for entrys one for each port.
Re: Epoch Server won't bind to ports
What do you mean by that in my startup.bat?
Re: Epoch Server won't bind to ports
Try using the -ip option in the startup line shown here: https://community.bistudio.com/wiki/Arm ... er_Options

Already done that.

Would you mind adding me on steam so I can take a closer look?

Re: Epoch Server won't bind to ports
still can't figure this out
Re: Epoch Server won't bind to ports
Been over it 100 times. Even had my server files looked at by multiple people and there shouldn't be this issue.
