Game Server VS VPS

Hi!,

I have a question regarding Halo servers.

Game Server, Halo, Atlanta, $27.99 or $37.98 including CPU priority.

Two Core VPS for 1-6 game servers, Atlanta, $24.99.

If I ran only one Halo server using the second option, would it perform as well as a server set up using the first option? How does CPU priority come into play with the second option?
