How do you add these stuff in TTT?

I want to know how you add that in TTT. I search and ask friends that own a TTT server, but they either said "search" or "buy" it. So, from that conclusion, I'm assuming its not free. But either way, I just wanted to know how you add it. My other friend is helping me host the server, but I still have control over it on this site. I also searched up how to add things in PointShop, but I was told to not touch those settings on NFOserver panel, don't know why, but I would to know how to add things to make TTT a good start.

I will ask the other stuff later.
