Hello.
I am considering adding a SSD to my VDS to improve performance in minecraft.
However, if I am not satisfied with it is there a period of time I can remove it for a refund?
Thanks In Advance

Re: Adding a SSD
You would not be able to get a refund if you're not satisfied with it unless there's an actual performance problem with the service as per NFO's performance guarentee(https://www.nfoservers.com/performanceguarantee.php). If you want to get some SSD space to test with, then get just enough to test with and if you aren't seeing much of a performance boost, simply remove the SSD space for the next month.

Thanks, Wasn't sure if they had a 2 day trial or similar for changes to servers.rymax99 wrote:You would not be able to get a refund if you're not satisfied with it unless there's an actual performance problem with the service as per NFO's performance guarentee(https://www.nfoservers.com/performanceguarantee.php). To clarify, our unmanaged offerings are not covered under our performance guarantee, but our SLA would still apply.
