Is there a way that I can remove the AWP from the fy_snow map?
The weapons are already on the ground for pickup. I was wondering if there was a way to replace it with a M4 or just get rid of it completely?

You could use a plugin like stripper2 http://www.fileplanet.com/dl/dl.asp?pla ... in_1_0.zip (if it still works with the latest version of HL). There's a bit of a learning curve but stripper2 is a very powerful and interesting tool.
