When i go to the Admin Section after i logged in and i click on one of the links i get: NOT IMPLEMENTED What Does That Mean?

its not enabled for 2.1x psychostats, future editions will have it working

but 2.1.1 has it right and when will john be updating it so i can fix the whole ps

No, 2.1.1 doesn't have it. 2.1.1 is a bugfix/maintenance release and only made very minor changes, some of which we have integrated. 2.2 will most likely include the administration updates.
