Need help setting up ckSurf.

I got my maps working and such, but ckSurf wont work. At all. I installed everything where it needed to be but the timer wont show up, the commands dont work either. Can someone help me please :roll:

It turns out my sourcemod and metamod werent loading but even now I cant see ckSurf under sm plugins.
