resynchronization clock is still in progress error

resynchronization clock is still in progress error

This error lags my server uncontrollably. I have done extensive research on the issue and decompiled the actual error itself. This error is legit making my sever unplayable at this point and i'm clueless on what to do. Any help would be great. [This error is caused server side!] I have a quad core, 6gb ram, and SSD for the rust server. I have looked its all running perfectly fine.
