I'm going to buy 5 cs server (=O) two 16 man publics and 3 private servers...
Ok my questions...
1) To Private Servers without AMX AdminMOD or something is necesary HIGH CPU ? I think Just Ping Accelerator is ok.
2) One of my servers going to have CSDM 24/7 and much plugins (one of the publics)... with it if good idea put on it a High CPU Priority?
3) If I buy 2 HLTV (one R.Only and another with 4 slots) i can Join it to any of my servers?
4) I can use my private servers to some CS Tourneys ?
5) I see in GameDaemons TOS I can't use hide_n_seek or anything like that... Is the same there ?

I'd personally just buy ping accelerator for all of them, since we don't overload our machines. Some people do like the peace of mind that high priority offers, but it shouldn't really come into play.
We have many renters that run maps such as hide_n_seek. We'd recommend against such CPU-intensive maps because they can cause your server to lag, but it's not against our TOS.
