What are all these Rcon commands and stuff? what do they do? what are they for?

you can find most of the rcon commands here: http://files.nfoe.net/download.php?fname=./HL_RCON.pdf

rcon is a built-in way to admin and control your server. It can kick, ban, change server cvars and other things.

rcon is recommended for CAL private servers with no metamod
