Can't connect to my apache server

Can't connect to my apache server

Recently, i could easily remotley connect to the web server using xampp (Searching the IP of my vps on my computer) but now i cant, on the vps i can still connect via localhost but i do not know why i can't connect with the IP anymore

-Firewall is disabled.
