If you have an abnormal latency from Brazil to us we can definitely do our best to lower your latency.

If you're seeing an abnormal latency to one of our location you would need to send us an inbound traceroute to your servers IP along with your home IP so we could run additional test.

Alright, but is 136ms latency to Atlanta an abnormal ping for you? Do you normally see lower?
