Also I have OpenVPN installed onto the VPS and currently connected on PC but I'm asking to connect on iPhone

I haven't actually done this myself, but research indicates you're going to need to download "OpenVPN Connect" from the App Store, then import your config/certificates to the app. Once imported you should be able to just connect to it.

Edit: I did some additional testing here and confirmed that all you need to do is copy your configs/certificates to your phone and then import them using the app. However, I also noticed that you may need to force a lower encryption if the phone will not connect to the VPN. In the preferences menu for the app you'll see an option to do that.
