Join server via website

Is there some code, which will launch and connect to a cs server, if there is a link on a webpage?

theres a couple ways, but they require the person clicking on the link to have some sort of program.

http://www.serverspy.net/site/gamelauncher/

is one such program available

Is there some program that will auto install such a program (like a browser popup?), and then launch the game?

not that I know of, I wouldnt want a website doing that to myself personally, but you may be able to find one via http://www.google.com
