what is the the best vds or full dedicated server package good for my needs

what is the the best vds or full dedicated server package good for my needs

Hello I want to know what is the best VDS or Full Dedicated Server package good to host around 2 or 3+ Garry's Mod server with at least 60-100 player slots and around a couple hundred 223 steam workshop addons and maybe at least 40-50 paid addons also the game modes is going to be DarkRP.

I definitely wouldn't recommend doing this on a VDS. Before committing to any full machine, you may want to test this configuration on a standard game server, to be sure that a machine would be capable of running what you'd like to do. 100 players with 200 Workshop addons is a significant usage of resources.
