Just purchased got a question though!

So I finally set everything up but know I want to know how do I change my hostname? Not my I.P. Address but my domain name hostname if that makes sense If anyone can help that would be gladly appreciated!

If you wanted it to be something like "server.mydomain.com", you could do this, but you would need to own that domain. Once purchased from a registrar, you could either add the domain to your webhosting with us, by setting the nameservers to NS1.NFOSERVERS.COM and NS2.NFOSERVERS.COM, then adding it to the Domains tab of your webhosting, then creating an A record for the subdomain "server", which points to the IP address of your game server, or if you only want to change the "xxx.game.nfoservers.com" portion, we can do that for you in a support request, which you can open from the Help! tab of your game server control panel.
