Hello, im trying to add my server to "gametracker" but when i try to add it i get this error message;

(I removed all the firewall rules on the control panel and disabled firewalld & iptables from the vps. Still the same error)

One of the following suggestions may help you:
Your server is currently offline.
GameTracker needs your server to be online before you can add it to our database. Please restart your server and make sure it's up before hitting ADD SERVER again.
You entered the wrong query port.
Please update your query port and hit scan again
Your server is firewalled.
Please turn off any firewall you have that may block scanning or whitelist the gametracker scanning IP addresses:

What can i do to fix it?

Are you certain that you entered the query port and not a different port for the game? What game is this, at what IP address?

Nope its a teamspeak 3 server. query port and all is correct. it just blocks it th ip adress is 31.186.250.210:1000 with 10011 query port.

Did you make sure to add the IPs to your whitelist.txt file?

I fixed it already. Found out it was a permissions failure of the server.
