We have been renting one of your servers for a few months now (seattle) and the support has been excellent. The server runs flawlessly, and has unbelievable good pings all over the states and into Canada.

Even the graphically intense custom maps we have been playing can't slow it down at all. maps that have been lagging out other servers have been playing smooth as silk on yours.

I'm still amazed at how fast every single email is responded to. Do you have a bunch of keeblers elves locked in a damp basement somewhere?
