EasyAntiCheat eSports not working

Hello,

I've just installed EAC eSports on one of our servers. Even after player installed the client and have the client running the server's console keeps posting Console: "[EAC] Lesbian Taco :: Download the anti-cheat client from www.EasyAntiCheat.net". I don't know what's wrong.
