If you're using an SSL certificate, either a third-party certificate that you had us install for you, or the free, included Let's Encrypt certificate for your top-level domain, the most common cause is mixed content. This means your website is loading remote resources (CSS files, images, JavaScript libraries, etc.) that are not being requested through HTTPS.
To find what content is mixed, open your browser's developer tools. Right-click the webpage and select "Inspect", then open the console tab. It will show which content is being requested insecurely, allowing you to find that content on a secure source.
Why is my website showing "Not Secure"?
