Hey guys,

I just got a fallout server and things are good. I have a problem of getting a lot of traffic into my server! I tried the fake full mod, I run a decent cal map rotation along with aim maps, I have posted the IP on numerous forums, and I have even advertised on other servers! Heck, I even posted my IP on the listing on the NuclearFallout website.

My question is... Is there a sure fire way to get people into my server long enough to become "regulars". We don't abuse admin at all and we're fair to anyone and everyone that comes in!

So if there is a secret to a full server out there please let me know!! Thanks guys... any help or tips would be appreciated!!

sometimes it take a little while for servers to get regular players. you might want to try running a mod like wc3 or csdm for a while to see if this helps attract people. Another idea would be to run just aim_ and awp_ maps. I have noticed that these maps can help fill a server pretty quickly.
maybe like..
aim_ak-colt
awp_map
aim_map
cs_deagle5
then you can start throwing in maps like d2 and aztec.

Thanks for the advice... I do run those maps, but maybe I'll just keep on truckin... hopefully this works!

I had a buddy who got a sever... must have been already established cuz people we're playing on it when he took it over! Lucky bastard
