need help with my forums template.......

Hi, I used a incomplete template for my forums by accident, now i cant even access the administration part cause there is nothing to click on. no text at all, its all blank. don't know what to do. maybe you guys can reset my template to default for me. Help, i know i made a mistake , but it was late, and i was sleepy. if you can help i would really appreciate it. here is my ip and forum site.
