Need a plugin for either amx, metamod, or admin mod

I am looking for a plugin that will allow us to use all talk on players that are dead. This means the alive players do not have alltalk on and cannot hear the dead alltalk players. Anyone know of a plug in like this?

will this work with just AMX mod? or is there another plugin for the amx mod? not the amxx?

Thank you thank you thank you.... My admins love this new plugin. I went ahead and installed amxx on the server and removed amx. Now the plugin is running great and we love you....i mean Great job!!!!
