How do i set up admin for players in my server

dont quite understand, are u trying to setup admins so that they will have admin in your server? If you are u cant do that in game you will have to do that through FTP.

you cannot add people ingame with admin for the mods

you need to get their steamid, (STEAM_0:X:XXXXX) and place it in users.ini for amxmod accordingly with the access level you want for them.

You can use the file manager to edit addons/amx/users.ini

But i can not get admin_restartround 1 to work...its saying thats an unknown command

I can do pretty much everything else and i gave myself full access whats the problem?

check to see that in the plugins.ini for adminmod, that the cs plugin is enabled, remove the # from the front and restart the server.
