FiveM EUP Connection Refused Error

FiveM EUP Connection Refused Error

System.Net.Http.HttpRequestException: Connection refused

I notice in the Key Manager for FiveM's EUP service the above. I am not sure how to correct this and it's stopping the clothing items to stream into the game. Any help or advice would be appreciated.
