i bought vps i setup the server all working good
but i cant add the server to www.gametracker.rs
but i can to www.gametracker.com

I'm not familiar with the .rs version of that site. Strange that the listing wouldn't be linked.

Nothing server side would prevent if from working on only one of those sites. If it works with one site, it should work with any other tracking site. Is there a particular error you are seeing? Have you contacted their support as well?

This likely means that gameservers.com's webserver cannot contact your gameserver.

Is this a managed VDS or unmanaged? Also, when you open the VDS'es "Firewall" panel does anything show up or it's empty?

It's not super complex. Just go to the control panel, open the "firewall" tab, and screenshot what you see there. I will let you know what is going on after that.

I'm not familiar with that website, but 185.66.140.168 is not blocked or limited in any way on our end. It is possible that they have blocked the server on theirs, or the Firewall page may be involved, as has been suggested.

Okay, I see one "Accept" rule there. I'm guessing you put that there just now?

A good check would be if you can query the game server from other places. If you can but Gametracker won't work, it's probably them.

In my experience in running game servers since 2018, Gametracker causes more problems than it solves, and I wouldn't worry too much about trying to deal with them.

I have been trying to add my server to gametracker.rs(a website that monitors servers) and wasnt able to due to firewall blocking issue, however they told me to whitelist their IP address and I did, still not working. Server shows offline on their end(the machine they use to scan my server). I also added the firewall rule in the control panel to allow all incoming UDP and TCP connections from their IP address and still same issue. Server is added to ufw firewall to accept all connections too.

And I also got this message from their support
"Sorry to hear that, then block is somewhere else, nothing I can do there, simply we have a scanner that can not read your server because of some filter, everyone with problem solved it by whitelisting IP on proper place, seems like your problem is on some upper level"

I understand, yes. I am saying that this is definitely not a problem on our end (NFO's end) at the network level.

It is a bit confusing that they stole the GameTracker name, when they're clearly a separate site. The other GameTracker is a service run by a competitor of ours called GameServers. Regardless, though, we are not blocking their IP address in any way.
