Need help and lots of it

I just rented a server and I have no idea how to begin to use Amx X mod. I believe it is uploaded onto the server but there are no files for amx mod in the control panel. the only thing i have is a file called addons/metamod/plugins.ini which i have no idea where to begin with that thing. Please help me all i want to do is give a few members admin and be able to use amx mod ingame.

they should be listed in file manager if you requested for amxmodx, if not please come into IRC (see topic above and tutorials on how to get to IRC if you do not know how to), and request one of us to install it on there for you.
