It has been down for awhile… and when we log in to the control panel it doesn’t look like it normally does so I could reset the server…
-that message was also sent via email to get this in response...

I'd need to see your entire email including headers to know why you got the relaying problem, but most likely your ISP is blocking emails sent to us, for an unknown reason (you'll probably end up having to ask them).
Looks like your server is down following payment failures. Went down on the 24th.

yeah seems like there is problems with the owners CC ... we're going to fix this ... what's the first step in doing this?

Yep.
If your provider is stopping it, you could either get that squared away before sending the email, or use a different email account.
