now does it always stay on deathmatch or can i go back to my other settings, so we can go back and forth

easiest way for you would to just switch back to amx mod, you are running csdm off amxmodx, so you can change that in your metamod/plugins.ini by

disabling

addons/amxmodx/dlls/amxmodx_mm.dll with a ; in front and enabling

addons/amx/dlls/amx_mm.dll by removing the ; in front.
