they should download the bsp file of the map by default, unless the full map isn't uploaded
I checked your server and noticed the map dc_payback.bsp was only 667 KB, but the map is 2.52 MB, which causes the problem of not downloading it and invalid map name.
I uploaded the full file for you, should work now if thats the map in question you were having issues with

theres no sounds with that map thats outside, either its compiled within the bsp or nothing new thats a custom sound.
a good source mapper will compile everything the map needs into the bsp, makes the bsp file larger, but well worth it as opposed to downloading a bunch of small files.

well thats something we do not support, mapping support, as getting files into bsp and adding custom sounds into the gameplay.
as for sounds that are with a map, you just upload them via FTP, to the correct folders.
when you download a custom map, in a zip file generally, it comes with a structure. Keep the same structure as you upload it, and you should be fine.
