Can someone tell me how i broadcast hltv from my private server to my public server?

i thought if like we were playing on the private and recording hltv u could broadcast it and watch it at another server

people connect to your hltv and watch the broadcast.

thats not possible to do, only can watch it on hltv, you can replay demos which is known as broadcasting on hltvs, but cannot do it onto a regular gameserver.
