ET Pro Server Config Problems

Hi guys. First I wanna say that this is an excellent service you are providing for an excellent price! The ping is phenomenal and the activation time for my server was record breaking. Kudos. Anyway, on to the topic at hand.

I purchased one of your ET Pro servers and I have setting up the configs, but there seems to be a problem. I can upload the cfg's and check them on the server to verify that they have actually been changed, but whenever I start the server back up and go to check it.... It has the standard configuration running. I don't know what the problem is. The server config has all of the changes I made to it, but the server itself isn't running with the proper settings. Could you please help. I already have a map cycle prepared but I don't want to u/l the cycle until I can get this configuration set up properly. Thanks for your time!

Chad, it's possible that it's using the server.cfg from the etmain directory instead of the etpro directory (or vice versa). Could you email us about this?
