Adding users to control panel
When i add users so that they can log in to the control panel they go and sign in to their accounts and the server control panel information does not appear in their account. is there anything that they have to do to allow themselves to view the control panel?
The first step is they need to make an account here
Then using the email they specified in their account creation, add that under subuser section on the account tab of your gameserver.
After entering their email in the field, hit change users button. They should be added now to the list on the control panel. Should show Remove username@isp.com.
If they on the list, they should be able to log in through their own email and see control panel. They will see everything but the website tab and the account tab; only the primary user account sees those two pages.
If you have already done all this in this order, and they still cannot see the control panel, come by our IRC channel or email us.
