No AMX Plugins Work

I am using a CZ Server.

The plugins I download off of amxmod.net never seem to work correctly or even at all. All these plugins apparently are for earlier AMX Versions, but theres none for AMXX, at least not nearly as much.

Is there a fix or something I'm missing or don't know?

check http://www.amxmodx.org , most of those plugins will be pre-compiled with the latest version of amxx (amxmodx 1.0) but personally I preder to re-compile them myself, just incase.
