someone hacked into ftp

Hi,

well the thing is that somebody hacked into our server and now they have the ftp password. Because at first we thought it was just that someone figured out the rcon. So we changed it, but then apparently it didnt work. So we figured it was the ftp that they have. We changed the ftp password, and still they were able to access it.

Well, if you could, we would like to get our server changed to some other one, since we cant really play on this one without being kicked or banned by whoever hacked into it. Therefore, as you can see, we are pretty much paying for nothing currently.

Would you please get the server changed.

Please send info of the new server to the owner of the server, as you can see i am not really the one who is paying for it, but i am a member of that team.

The owner of the server can use his control panel to change the password on the FTP. If someone has really hacked your info, changing this would kick them out.
