There is a preview for those that are out of the loop.
There is suppose to be huge amounts of money being thrown at this game for tourneys, lan centers , etc.
Hope it lives up to the hype..

It's hard to tell until we actually have a copy in our hands. If it properly supports a win32 dedicated server by allowing configuration changes through files, supporting multihoming, and using reasonable amounts of CPU power, then the answer may be yes.

on an interesting side note, one of my old buddies from highschool now works for gearbox and is actually working on this game doing level design
ill see if I can get any information on the dedicated server.
