Tick rate increase?

The shots in my server arent registering very well. I was told if i increase my tick rate that it would solve the problem. How do i do this?

If you have an accelerated server, you can increase the tickrate by selecting it from the drop down menu provided on server control tab of your control panel. Then restart the gameserver.

im supposed to have an accalerated server, but i dont see the tab, all i see is stop and restart server..

Tickrate applies only to CS:Source accelerated servers. You should beable to tell if your server is accelerated from the 'Description' page on the control panel. If you find that you do indeed have an Accelerated CS:Source server, and still cannot find that menu on the 'Server Control' page, please email us at rentals@nuclearfallout.net

HLDS-based servers (CS 1.6, etc) run at a 250+ tickrate when accelerated by default and do not need to be adjusted like this.
