Bad file Server is enforcing file consistency for models/p_sg550.md
This is the error i get when i try to connect to my friends server. I posted on AMX forums and they told me it was HLG, we turned off that, and now i still cannot connect. What does my friend have to do so that it doesnt enforce file consistency?

Try changing mp_consistency in server.cfg to 0 and see if that works. If it does, then its your own model in models directory on your client side. If you replaced them with a custom model pack, that could do it sometimes as well.
Also, file checking has been removed from HLGuard so if you are using the latest version, 1.72, that shouldn't be your issue. The issue is with your client side files most likely.
You can download a copy of that model here and replace it on your system. That should fix your problem unless you have other model errors that have not shown up yet, since it stopped at p_sg550.mdl.
