how do i turn friendly fire on? i posted in support but have gotten zero support. help

If you need faster support, you can always go on live chat in the control panel.

Yes, I highly recommend that you check out the "Live chat" link. We have it set up to pass all your information to us, etc, so that it is very efficient for helping customers. We also prioritize live requests for support over requests in the forums, because they are interrupt-based rather than dependent on polling.
