I just rented a server tonight for me and some friends. Hopefully if i can get this running I'll keep it for a long time. Problem is, I'm a noob at this programming stuff.
I did manage to install all the files for mani admin...but i dont know what to do with them, how to edit them and whatnot.
I have no idea what I should do.. Where do I start?I want to be able to have admin powers, such as slapping around, kicking TKers, playing music for everyone....etc etc.
I have no clue as to how i should go about this. If someone could explain this step by step I would be ETERNALLY grateful.
Is there some easy interface way of doing this? If not I can learn pretty fast, but I would have liked to set this up within an hour or so.

We havent added support for manimod on our Easy setup page, so there is no easy to use interface at the moment.
To add admins, you want to go to your file manager and select this file from the drop down menu: cfg/mani_admin_plugin/adminlist.txt
and then click the submit button.
This will bring up a page where you can edit the contents of that file. If you read the text in that file, it will explain how you add admins and how you go about limiting their access. Basically to add a full admin all you need to do put the person's STEAMid in that file. It needs to be on its own line and it cant have a // before it. STEAMids should be in this format STEAM_0

After that you just save that file and restart the server. To bring up the admin menu while ingame, just type admin in console. You can also bind a key to admin, for example bind "j" "admin"
Hopefully this helps, remember you can always click the Live Chat button in your control panel for faster service.
