new server!

well i just rented a 10-man, Ping Boost, hih-Cpu, and Seattle Internap server at
66.1590.164.115:27015
theres no admin mod installed, do i have to install it?
from whats the first mani-plugin update do i install first?

You just install the lastest update.

well my mani-admin-plugin will not work
help?
i installed <r> mani-update instead of <s> because i heard theres a few bugs.

Sounds like you only installed the 'update', not the full version of mani. You need to install all of the files for it to work properly. There are several people running the s version of mani with no issues, maybe there is some specific bugs with like skins or something of the sort.
