Im still looking at am back here and I have two questions
1) AMX comes standard on the server for free?
2) Im pretty positive I will not be able to setup all those cal configs and lo3 by myself even if I do have help because I am horrible at this so do you guys even consider adding that stuff on the server or not and for free or not?

There is no AMX for CSS servers. The closest to AMX is called Mani, http://www.mani-admin-plugin.com. The installation of mani is a simple upload of the mani folders from the ZIP file you download from the site to your gameservers FTP. If you need help, you can contact us on live chat on the control panel for faster assistance.
