how do you unban someone?

i banned someone for 1 day, but i want to unban them, where do i do that at?

Couple of ways you can unban a person, depending on what you have installed. Since rcon is built into the HLDS/SRCDS, you can do the following commands, assuming this is a HL1/HL2 based server:

By using rcon tool on control panel,

removeid STEAM_0:X:XXXXX
writeid

Two different commands, back to back. The first removes the steamid banned and the second writes the banned.cfg to update the ban list.
