How to activate everything

Ok sorry guys im really, really naive bout everything and how to set it up, when i typed in rcon_password <password> it i guess worked (didnt tell me it didnt work) then what do i do after that and how do i set everything up? sorry im naive :(

If this is a HL1 based server, visit the easy setup page of your control panel to setup the basics including rcon password. It would be best for you to click on the live chat tab on your control panel where we can assist you faster.
