When I attempt to place an order either as already having a login or as a new customer it keeps asking me for an email. I have tried the previous email I used and a new one but I cannot get past the inital screen.
I can still log into my account using control panel.
Is there another way to order when I already have a login besides the original order form?
The correct method would be selecting "This is a new server, and I already have a Nuclearfallout login." Do you get an error message? If so, what error message do you get when you fill out the full order form, email address (username) and password?
What browser are you using? Our order form supports Firefox and Internet Explorer. If you are using Opera, AOL Explorer or some other type of browser, please try Firefox or Internet Explorer.
I did use that option: "This is a new server and I already have a login, etc"
When I submit the form, I get an error stating that I need to enter an email address.
I am using the correct address that I registered with.
I used both IE and Firefox and both had same result.
Could you email us the exact options you are using? If we can duplicate your problem, we should be able to find and fix the bug. If we can't duplicate it, we can at least enter the order for you
