I join our server like always and sometimes the console scrolls a bunch of crap non-stop. This came up and wondered if it was something from STEAM or Nfo server?
What caught my eye was Lambert.....used in hacking.

Where are these alias's at? I think we are running HL 1.6 and need to update to 1.8. server at Nfo 66.150.164.70:27015

Yes, you need to upgrade to the latest HLguard. Valve changed the way aliases work and 1.6 is using the old method.

You can shutdown the server, delete the hlguard folder in addons/ on your FTP and then go to addons/metamod/plugins.ini and delete the hlguard line. Then go to your easy setup and at the bottom, select hlguard to add plugin. HLguard 1.8 should be now installed.
